We accept custom orders and will do our best to provide you with the result you're looking for.  Please use the form below to give us all the information you can so we can review and follow up with you on feasibility of the custom order as well as turn-around time and pricing.  Custom orders vary in turn-around, but expect approximately 3-6 weeks for single items and 5-8 weeks for sets. 

Except for custom orders that include personalized features such as names or dates, there is no deposit up front because we want to make sure you're happy with the finished product before you purchase it.

We cannot match items to an exact precision.  We don't use molds or machines; everything is created with our hands.  Handmade pottery has so many variables in the making of each item and we cannot guarantee exact results, especially when it comes to glaze colors.  We will, however, do our very best to get you the desired results you're looking for!

If you would like "Sets" of items, please make sure to indicate that in your custom order.  It's very difficult to make an item and then come back later and duplicate the item for a set.  Time in between creating "set" items will almost surely guarantee the items will be different in both size and color.

Personalized Items (features such as names or dates on the item) can be ordered, but there may be a deposit required.  Since these items can't be resold if you decide not to purchase it, the deposit will cover the cost of materials used to create the item.  Labor costs will only be  included in the final price after you complete the purchase once the product is finished.
