Aureole Deco Bowl

This white stoneware bowl was created by attaching individual circles together throughout a lengthy process to allow it to keep its shape as a bowl.  It has been covered in a Honey Flux base with overlapping glazes of Deep Firebrick and Ancient Jasper.  The glazes moved down in a unique flow of purple, blue, cream, brown and sage.  The bowl measures between 7 5/8" to 8 /18" in diameter on the top rim and 4 1/2" in height. A tan foam base protector has been added to the bottom.  This bowl would be a unique art piece to your coffee table, kitchen counter or table centerpiece.  
 
This item has been discounted due to a hairline crack on one of the circles (picture 12, also seen in picture 10) and two slightly chipped sections of the base (picture 8, also seen in picture 4).  The artistic beauty of the item is not impeded by these imperfections.
